Spa etiquette

Before Your Arrival

Take a shower and make sure you are fresh and clean before you go to your appointment at the spa.

Don't Eat a Big Meal

Depending on your massage, you will be spending anywhere from 50-80 minutes on your stomach so it's best to not eat a huge, heavy meal before your appointment. Make sure you are hydrated but don't drink too much water or else you may interrupt your spa service by going to the bathroom.

Be On Time

Try to be 10-15 minutes early so you can relax  and prepare for your spa treatment.  We regret that late arrivals cannot always receive an extension of scheduled times because of booking restrictions and will be responsible for full service fees.

Cancellations

We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request you provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel and appointments.

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed two days and one day in advance because we know it is possible to forget an appointment you booked months ago.

Cellphone & Device Policy

Since our goal is to provide a relaxing and tranquil environment, we ask our guests during each visit to mute all communication devices.

Child and Infant Policy

We love all children and thank you for your understanding: please arrange for child care before arrival. For the comfort of all guests.

During your service

Clothing Optional

If you are not comfortable with being completely naked during your massage treatment, that is completely fine! While it is easier to massage the body and receive the full benefits of the massage without clothing in the way, it is absolutely ok to keep some clothes or garments on. Remember, there is always a sheet draped over your body and only the part of the body that is currently being massaged will be exposed.

Communicate your wants and needs

Be an active participant in your massage treatment. If you don't like how the therapist is doing something, please let your therapist know, or else they will never know. Things like massage pressure, background music, turning table warmers on or off, getting up to use the bathroom, etc. Your comfort is extremely important to your therapist and it is vital to communicate with them during your treatment.

Helping Hands not needed, Relax

It's respectful to your massage therapist if you keep your hands to yourself. Do not touch the massage therapist while they are massaging you or in the room with you. Touching the massage therapist can result in feelings of discomfort and can lead to issues such as sexual harassment.

After your treatment

Take Your Time

Take your time getting up and getting dressed after your massage treatment is over. You may feel a little light headed after laying down and relaxing so long.

Drink Lots of Water

Drink a lot of water to rid your body of the toxins released due to your massage treatment.

Reschedule your next appointment

Don't forget to reschedule your next appointment.
